Darren holds a Masters in Accountancy as well as a BSBA in Corporate Finance and Accounting, both from Western Carolina University. He is a member of NCACPA and AICPA and has extensive experience in auditing, taxes, fraud investigation and consulting.

Darren and his wife, Kendall, live in Marion with their two daughters, Reagan and MacKenzie.
